Delete Your Tandem Account

This document describes how to delete your Tandem account.

We understand that users may wish to delete their accounts, and we have made the process straightforward. Follow the steps below to delete your Tandem account.

Deleting Your Account in the App

  1. Log in to the Tandem App
    Open the Tandem app and log in using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to the Account Section
    Once logged in, tap the gray "account" symbol located in the upper part of the main screen. It's the second icon from the right.

  3. Request Account Deletion
    In the account settings, follow the instructions to delete your account. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

What Happens to Your Data

When you delete your account, all your data will be permanently deleted. This includes:

  • Your personal information
  • Your connections and contacts within the app
  • Any other associated data with your account

If You Forgot Your Password

If you have forgotten your password and cannot log in:

  1. Reset Your Password
    Use the password reset option on the login screen. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email to set a new password. After you manage to log in, follow the procedure above to delete your account.

  2. Contact Us
    If you are unable to reset your password or still wish to delete your account without logging in, you can send an account deletion request to tandem@blindshell.com.
