Getting Started with Tandem?
It seems that someone sent you an invitation link to connect with them on Tandem. To get started, follow these three simple steps:
Download the App
To use Tandem, download our free app, available for iPhone or Android devices.
Create Your Account
Before you start using Tandem, create an account, confirm your email address, and log in.
Accept the Invitation Link
Once logged in, open the invitation link you received again. This time, it should redirect you to the app, where you can add your contact.
Already have Tandem installed?
If you already have the Tandem app but are still directed to this site, your phone may not be correctly redirecting the invitation link to our app. Don’t worry; you can still connect by following these alternative instructions.
- Copy the long code shown above this message to your clipboard.
- Open the Tandem app, making sure you’re registered and logged in.
- Tap the plus icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- Enter your contact’s name and paste the code, then confirm.
- After adding the contact, you’ll find it in your contact list.
