How it works
Follow these simple steps to connect with a BlindShell phone user. For more detailed instructions, please refer to the user manual.
Install the Tandem App
Download the Tandem app from Google Play or the App Store on your smartphone. After installing, register with your email address.
Send a Connection Link
Before you can connect to someone using Tandem, they first need to have your phone contact added on their BlindShell phone. Open the pre-installed Tandem app, select the contact from the list, and the phone will send a connection link to your smartphone via SMS.
Connect your Smartphone
Open the link from the SMS to add the contact to your Tandem app. You can also copy and paste the link into the app to connect.
Download Tandem
Tandem is available for both iOS and Android. You can download the app from the App Store or Google Play.

Are my messages secure?
Yes, Tandem uses strong end-to-end encryption like WhatsApp and Telegram, so only the person you send messages to can read them. Matapo also does not have access to your messages, keeping your communication private.
